This product is a COLD PEEL film.
Temperature: 338°F / 170°C
Pressure: Heavy Pressure – approximately 100 kg
Press Time: 18 Seconds
Peel: Cold Peel
Application Instructions
- Press the transfer at 338°F (170°C) for 18 seconds using heavy pressure.
- After pressing, allow the transfer to cool for approximately 20–30 seconds.
- Carefully peel away the film.
- Re-press the completed transfer using the same temperature, pressure, and time settings.
- For improved wash durability and to help reduce cracking or wrinkling, 2–3 total re-presses are recommended.
Important: Re-pressing may cause the finished silver design to develop a slightly more matte metallic appearance.
Important Processing Information
For best results, complete the heat-transfer process within 30 minutes after baking. Waiting longer may allow the material to absorb moisture, which can affect transfer performance and final print quality.
Storage & Handling
Specialty film performs best when properly stored and handled.
For optimal results:
🌡️ Recommended Storage Temperature: 26°C–28°C / approximately 79°F–82°F
💧 Recommended Humidity: Below 50%
☀️ Store in a cool, dry environment
✂️ Keep away from sharp objects
📦 Handle rolls carefully to prevent crushing or deformation
Moisture can negatively affect print and transfer quality, so maintaining proper storage conditions is especially important.
Opening Your Film Roll
Use extra caution when cutting open the protective wrapping. Avoid applying excessive pressure with a knife or blade, as deep scratches can damage the film underneath.
