This product is a COLD PEEL film.
Temperature: 338°F / 170°C
Pressure: Heavy Pressure – approximately 100 kg
Press Time: 18 Seconds
Peel: Cold Peel
Application Instructions
- Press your transfer at 338°F (170°C) for 18 seconds using heavy pressure.
- Allow the transfer to cool for approximately 20–30 seconds after pressing.
- Carefully peel away the film.
- Re-press the completed transfer using the same temperature, pressure, and time settings.
- For improved wash durability and to help reduce cracking or wrinkling, 2–3 total re-presses are recommended.
Please Note: Re-pressing may cause the finished metallic gold design to develop a slightly more matte gold appearance.
Important Processing Information
For best results, complete the heat-transfer process within 30 minutes after baking.
Waiting too long may allow the material to absorb moisture, which can negatively affect transfer performance and finished print quality.
Proper Storage & Handling
Specialty foil film should be properly stored to help maintain consistent printing and transfer results.
For best performance:
🌡️ Recommended Storage Temperature: 26°C–28°C / approximately 79°F–82°F
💧 Recommended Humidity: Below 50%
☀️ Store in a cool, dry environment
✂️ Keep away from sharp objects
📦 Handle rolls gently to prevent crushing, bending, or deformation
Moisture can affect print quality and transfer performance, making proper storage especially important with specialty films.
Opening Your Film Roll
Use caution when cutting open the protective packaging. Avoid applying excessive pressure or cutting too deeply with a knife or blade, as this could scratch or damage the film underneath.
