Key Features

• Made for the xTool Apparel Printer. This DTF glitter film roll is designed for the xTool OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven Machine with perforations on both edges that fit the oven’s material feed path to help keep the film roll positioned steadily through the drying process.
• Built for the DTF print chain. Remove the old roll from the holder, install the new roll in the correct feed direction, print your design, and continue the transfer workflow.
• Sparkling image-forward results. The colorful glitter film adds a shimmering finish to picture-style prints, helping apparel artwork stand out.
• A cold peel film. Apply heavy pressure (100 kg) for 18 seconds at a temperature of 170°C/338°F. After hot pressing, wait 20-30 seconds for the material to cool before peeling off the film. Then re-press the completed transfer design using identical parameters. It is recommended to re-press the fabric 2-3 times to reduce the pattern from cracking or wrinkling after washing and drying.
• Versatile Material Compatibility. Suitable for a variety of materials, mainly cotton, polyester, synthetic, or silk fabrics. Such as cotton, polyester, t-shirts, jeans, hats, handbags, pillows, shoes, socks, crafts, hoodies, cushions, and many other fabrics, to meet all your creative needs! Whether for everyday apparel or personalized items, you can handle it with ease. Please note that use on tri-blend fabrics is not recommended.

Good to Know

• Store it cool and dry. Best storage conditions are 26–28°C with humidity below 50%; moisture can affect the final print result.
• Avoid pressure and sharp contact. Handle the roll gently, keep it away from sharp impacts, and control blade angle and force when cutting the outer wrap to prevent deep scratches.
